Mr H. L. King, who has been manager of the Whakatane branch of the Bank of New Zealand for the last nine years, will retire as from September 30 and will live at Takapuna. He will take three weeks’ leave from September 8. Mr V. C, Bailey at present manager of the Woodville branch, will, succeed Mr King and will 'arrive on August 28,
