STATE SECTIONS IN WHAKATANE MAY NOT BE SOLD
In the meantime, it appears probable that State sections jn Whakatane will not be offered for sale to the public. Some sections in Tauranga and Te Puke were to- be advertised, said an officer of the Lands and Survey Department on Friday morning, but no instructions had been received concerning Whakatane. The position at Edgecumbe and Taneatua was uncertain, the officer said.
