Post Office Rugby Day Is Planned

A combined Rugby day between •the Whakatane, Opotiki, Te Puke and Tauranga post office football teams is to be held at Whakatane within the next few weeks. Arrangements are in train to hold the tournament on a Sunday that Whakatane people will have an opportunity of seeing the teams in action. Some good Rugby is expected. The Te Puke team contains a Kiwi trialist and a Bay of Plenty representative, Whakatane has two junior Bay representatives while Opotiki has a number of players in the Opotiki Sub-Union team.
