Mrs Cooper presided over a good attendance at the monthly meeting f.f the Kowhai Women’s . Institute held at Whakatane. Mrs E. M. Timbs gave an interesting demonstration in rugmaking with old stockings and material She was later presented with a posy of flowers:—
