“How To Get Along With Other People”
Courtesy, . civility, helping and trying to understand the other person were the main points stressed in a talk on “how to get along with other people”, to the monthly meeting of the Te Teko Branch of the Women’s Division Federated Farmers by Mrs Tony Smith. Birthday flowers were presented to Mesdames R. Jamieson and S. Cannell. The mystery parcel was won by Mrs Winters. Competition results:— Best bloom, Mrs Goodwin 1, Mrs Watson 2; vegetables, Mrs Watson 1, Mrs T. Gardiner 2; fruit, Mrs T. Smith 1, Mrs Goodwin 2. Afternoon tea was served by Mesdames Campbell and Winters.
