Total Clearance Made Of Offerings At Waimana Sale
Dalgety and Co. Ltd. report a full yarding of cattle at their monthly stock sale held at Waimana on Wednesday. There was a total clearance in an offering of over 100 head of dairy cows and heifers, which included the advertised entries of Messrs F. R. Looney and W. Stevenson. Competition from a icpresentative bench of buyers was keen and prices realised were fully on a par with rcent advanced clear:ng sale rates. The top price was £33 10s. The enquiry for fat and store Jersey cows was good and full late rates were maintained. Quotations: —
