MAORI TEAMS’ SUCCESS
Bay of Plenty Maori League teams had a successful day on Monday when they defeated two Waikato teams at Ruatoki, the main game being for the Waitangi Shield. In this match Bay of Plenty defeated Waikato 50—9 and in the curtain raiser Bay of Plenty 11 beat Waikato 8.
