Blue & Gold To Be Official Colours Of New Otakiri Club
Blue and gold are to be the official colours of the club it was decided at a meeting of the newlyformed Otakiri Archery Club this week. There was a good attendance and the subscriptions were fixed at 15s for men and 12s 6d for women, which will include affiliation fees to the Bay of Plenty Centre and New Zealand Association. Target fees will be Is.
The minimum age for members is 14 years. The next club shoot is to be held on Sunday in Campbell Brothers’ paddock. Officers elected:—
Patron, Mr W. Tyssen; president, Mr J. A. Busby; vice-president. Mr H. Foote; secretary and lady paramount, Mrs A. Smith; field captain, Mr A. Smith; deputy field captain, Mt W. Campbell; deputy lady paramount, Mrs Foote; publicity officer, Mrs S. P. Busby.
