County Council Receipts Increase
There was a substantial increase of about £40,000 in last year’s receipts of the Whakatane County Council compared with the receipts for 1944/45, according to the annual report. The total'of £100,165 10s lid was an increase of £15,590 11s 3d on the previous year. The figures for the past six years are:—
