Scissors Pass Is A Legal Move
A report to a Rugby Referees’ Association states that at the recent conference of New Zealand refees, was a subject of comment. Though some delegates considered that it was essentially an obstruction, the majority expressed the opinion that it was one of the brightest moves in'Rugby. It was ruled that, providing a player, living scissor-passed, did not run forward and deliberately obstruct an opponent, the move was quite legal.
