Sir, —As the May appeal for CORSO aid to the Chinese people gathers momentum throughout the country we report that donations received to date in CORSO Dominion headquarters now aggregate £3,120, and included in this is the total of £lO received direct from donors living in' and ..around Whakatane. To this figure must be added any donations which you have kindly received for the appeal Some donors were anonymous, so we should be particularly grateful if you would kindly publish this acknowledgment.
