Retiring Lodge Officer Farewelled
On Monday evening members of ibe Whakatane and Edgecumbe Druids gathered in force at t T, e Parish Hall, to farewell Whakatane’s popular secretary, Mr R. F. Morgan, who leaves the district next week.
After supper Past Arch J. D. Rivett presented the retiring secretary and his wife with a smokers companion on behalf of Whakatane Lodge, and congratulated him on the good work he had done' during the past four years.
