Revaluations Out For Borough Properties But Rates Unknown
Although the new revaluation roll of properties in the borough has been received at Whakatane it has yet to be totalled before the unimproved value of the Borough can be found. This work is now being undertaken by borough staff and is expected to be completed topaorrow.
When this is finished the probable rate in the borough for the present financial year will be known. Ratepayers will then be able to ascertain the revaluations on their properties.
