Te Teko W.D.F.F. Surveys Past Year
A comprehensive survey of the year’s activities was given by the president at the annual meeting of the Te Teko Branch of the Wo-' men’s Division of Federated Farmers. It was decided to hold meetings on the second Thursday of each month. Officers elected;—
President, Mrs Harty; secretary, Mrs S. Cannell; vice-presidents, Mesdames Thomas and Goodwin; committee, Mesdames Smith, Nation, Wood, Watson, Caldwell; competitions, Mrs Hallett; hostess secretary, Mrs Nation; publicity officer, Mrs Cannell; advisory committee, Mesdames Harty, Thomas and Cannell.
Competition results: Best bloom, Mrs Hallett 1, Mrs S. Cannell 2; fruit, Mrs Hallett 1, Mrs Harty 2; vegtable. Mrs Harty 1, Mrs Hallett 2.
Afternoon tea was iserved by the hostesses, Mesdames 'Goodwin and Caldwell. \
