Observance Of Anzac Day Is Tomorrow

Preparations have been made to celebrate Anzac Day at Taneatua tomorrow with a combined service in the public hall at 2.15 p.m. with an address by the Reverend T. Loten. There will be a parade at 2 p.m. led by the Whakatane Pipe Band while the music at the service is to be supplied by the Whakatane Citizens’ Band. The full district an borough service is to be held at Whakatane tomorrow at the Pohaturoa Rock at 11 a.m. This will be preceded by the parade. The Boys’ Brigade are to form up immediately behind tb*> Air Training Corps.
