Keen Competition At Opotiki Stock Sale

Competiton of all classes was keen with a good sale resulting at the fortnightly Opotiki stock sale conducted by Dalgety and Co. Ltd. There was a good yarding of boner cattle. Realisations were:—

Fat Jersey cows, £8 to £8 7s od; medium Jersey cows, £7 to £7 15s; heavy boners, £6 14s to £6 Ids; medium boners, £5 15s to £6 4s; light boners, £4 10s to £5 ss; potter bulls, according to weight, £6 15s to £ll.
