TROPHIES TO BE DECIDED BY NOVELTY SHOOT Two novelty shoots will be held by the Whakatane Archery Club tomorrow starting at 2 p.m. on the old football field, for trophies of four table mat sets, donated by Mr J. Henry and outlined and painted with the club badge by Mrs R. Hunter.

The first competition will be a walking shoot ranging from distances from 80 to 100 yards. The best score, men and women, of three ends to be the winners. The second will be a drawn handicap shoot of 90 arrows at 30 yards.
