Broadcast Talks On The Bay Of Plenty

A series of broadcasts of interest to listeners in the Bay of Plenty will be broadcast from IYZ Rotorua tonight commencing at 7.15 pm. and every following Monday evening at the same time. The series will be under the heading “Footnotes to History,” and will touch on Maketu, Te Puke, Tauranga, Whakatane, Rotorua, National Park, and other districts with an interesting Maori history. The talks are by Enid Tapsell, of Maketu, and the commentary is by a Whakatane broadcaster.
