Poison Laid

Poison had been laid on 19,000 acres and 13,300 acres fumigated using 18031bs of phosphorised pollard and 971bs of cyanogas, the inspector, Mr C. H. Davis, reported to the monthly meeting of the Pongakawa Rabbit Board. Rabbits had taken the poison freely and the results had been very good.
