BIG MEETING AT OHOPE ON SATURDAY

Because the Whakatane Domain has been booked for a two-day cricket match on Saturday the grass track meeting of the Bay of Plenty Motor Cycle Club is now to be held at the Caledonian Sports Ground, Ohope. Exactly the same programme will be held with riders competing from as far away as Gisborne, Rotorua, Tauranga and Auckland.

The meeting is expected to be one of the biggest yet held at Whakatane.

The Ohope track has been prepared for fast racing and Club officials expect that Saturday’s meeting will be as spectacular as that held last year.
