Annual Camp For Junior Red Cross
A report by Miss P. Paterson, Director of Junior Red Cross, to the monthly meeting of the New Zealand Red Cross Executive at Wellington, showed that the Junior branch was very active, said Mrs A. W. Winstone, secretary of the Eastern Bay of Plenty Centre on her return to Whakatane this week. The first Junior Red Cross camp held in January was an outstanding success and it is hoped to make it an annual event, ’she added.
