Veteran Rider Hurt At Te Puke
One of the best horsemen in tins district, and one of the most popular sportsmen in the Bay of Plenty, Mr A. Stewart, had a bad fall competing in a jumping event at Te Puke on Saturday, when his horse tangled with a hurdle and came down. Yesterday Mr Stewart was in bed at home, and it is hoped that the injuries to his neck are not serious.
