Inspector Comments On Refuse Tip

The borough refuse tip has not been in a very satisfactory condition lately as large amounts of refuse have been dumped, including rotten foodstuffs the health inspector, Mr A. R. Knights, told this month’s meeting of the Whakatane Borough Council. He said hoped that this year the Council would make some special effort to put the tip in good order and under proper control.
