New Medical Health Officer Appointed

The appointment of Dr C. N. D. Taylor, deputy medical officer of health, Auckland, as medical officer of health for the East Coast Health District, which extends from Whakatane to Wairoa and includes all hospital boards in that area, has now been confirmed. He will take up his duties in March and will live at Gisborne.

Dr Taylor’s successor at Auckland will be Dr I. F. Mackenzie, who recently arrived from Auckland.
