TANEATUA TOURNEY
An all-day tournament at Taneatua on Sunday attracted 18 teams from Opotiki, Taneatua, Ohope, Whakatane and Matata Clubs. Finalists were Citizens (Opotiki) Robertson, Carter, Davis, Griffiths (s) and Taneatua E. Hill, Mair, Rixon, Hunt (s) who had won games each .in their sections. In the final Hunt 6 beat Griffiths 3.
