One of the regular activities of the President of the United States is to hold news conferences at which he answers questions of newspaper and radio correspondents. On October 6, 1949, President Truman hejd his two hundredth meeting with newsmen since he took office in April, 1945. !
Next year, Harvard University, a leading United States university, will admit women students to its Law School. The new policy will allow women to take all graduate courses except those offered by the Divinity School. All undergraduate study at the University will continue to be restricted to male students.
