Office-Door Parking

A 10-storey office building under construction in Washington, D.C., will have parking facilities for 29 automobiles on every floor. Each occupant of the building will be able to park his car almost at the office door, the owners say. The parking areas, placed in the centre of the building, will be reached fr.om the street by a one-way circular ramp. Another ramp will be used for exit. The individual offices, built to the tenants’ own specifications, will face the parking area. There will be parking space for 75 more cars in the basement of the building.
