Ohope Bowling’ Club First Annual Smoko
Trophies won by 'players/ during the year presented ; by the patron, Mr J. Patterson, at the first annual smoke concert of the Ohope Bowling Club held in the Captain’s Cabin. Ohope, on Wednesday night. Mr Patterson also made a presentation to Mr W. Harris for his services as green superintendent and referred to the work carried but by the owner of the green, Mr A. Millar, who, Mr Patterson said, had made them one of the finest in the Bay of Plenty today. / The trophy winners were:— Championships: Senior. W. Harris: Pairs, W. Clark and Harris; junior, N. Steers.
