In the Whakatane Magistrate’3 Court yesterday Mr E. L, Walton. S.M., gave judgment for . plaintiffs by default in the following civil claim. New Zealand -Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. Ltd. (Mr Otley) v E. L. Rossiter, £l3B 6s 9d, costs £5 11s.
Judgment summons orders: Wi Hiko ordered to pay C. H. Henderson £ll 2s 6d costs 15s 6d forthwith, in default 11 days gaol. W. ICaraka ordered to pay the Farmers’ Trading Co. Ltd., £l7 16s sd, costs £1 15s, in default 17 days gaol. Steve Hotene ordered to pay Cutlers’ Hardware Ltd., £5 13s '7d, in default 5 days gaol.
