Successful Gala At Rangitahi School
Organised sports and games took up the greater part of the day’s programme at the annual gala day of the Rangitahi School, attended by children from the Te Whaiti, Minginui, Kaingaroa and Ruatahuna schools. A canteen and several stalls did a brisk business, the profit from the whole function totalling £6O. A dance held at night was well attended and proved an excellent wind-up to a very successful day. The M.C. was Mr M. Bird.
