Shooting & Fishing Lecture & Films

At 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7 Mr Dickinson of the Internal Affairs. Department, will broadcast from Station IYZ an address to anglers dealing with the use that has been made of the Anglers’ Diaries collected in the Rotorua Acclimatisation District. Also on Wednesday a series of motion pictures (sound) will be exhibited in the A.T.C. building. Details are advertised today. These films have been obtained from the National Film Library and include instruction on the handling of shot guns in the field, and trout in New Zealand. Mr K. Francis of the Internal Affairs Department, will also give a short lecture on fishing knots, etc.
