FINE SPRING BLOOMS EXHIBITED

TANEATUA FLOWER SHOW HAS SOME LARGE ENTRIES

The third annual flower show of r the Taneatua Women’s Institute ) proved highly successful. Entries were good in all classes and there was a particularly fine display in the decorative classes by adults and children. Special trophies were presented to the following:— Challenge rose bowl for most points, Mrs L. Grey. W.D.F.F. Cup for the runner-up, Mrs F. J. Hayward. Goodhew challenge trophy for most points in Sections IV and V, Mrs F. J. Hayward. Mrs Rickett’s trophy for most points in Section 11, Mrs R. McGougan.
