Borough Building Permits
Sixteen building permits valued at £9589 were issued by the borough building inspector,- Mr F. W. Lysaght, at Whakatane during last month. Of this number three were for new residences, and three for store sheds.
One permit was issued for each of the following, addition to residences, commercial garage, garage,, addition to joinery factory, mortuary chapel, spray booth, three 10 x 10 cottages, fowl house and tennis valley boaid
