Return Of Power Circulars Wanted

Until all the circulars that were issued by the Whakatane Borough Council some time ago, asking power consumers to fill in the details of their electricity fittings, are returned Whakatane has no earthly chance of getting an increased power, alocation, the town clerk, Mr L.
