Waimana W.I. Glee Club Meeting

The Waimana Woman’s Institute Drama and Glee monthly meeting was presided over by Mrs Stansbury. The attendance was good. After the business was dealt with Mrs S. Eagle gave two recitations entitled “Not Understood.” and Smile.” A competition and a quiz on songs and music was arranged by Mrs Potter. A bouquet of flowers was presented to Mrs Eagle for her help behind the scenes during practising and presenting of the play at the festival. The serving of tea and biscuits closed the meeting.
