Labour Nominee Addresses Meeting
: Touching on the Government’s farm policy and the future it holds for New Zealand Mr G. T. Santon, Labour nominee for the Bay of Plenty electorate, spoke to an attentive audience at Mamaku on Wednesday night. Pie impressed as a forceful and capable speaker and addressed the meeting uninterrupted.
A motion of confidence in both the Labour Party and Mr Santon was enthusiastically endorsed.
