Dairy Factory Holds Staff Dance
There was a large crowd to one of the most popular dances of the year when the Rangitaiki Plains Dairy Company held the annual staff dance at Otakiri last Thursday. A first class floor, a tasty supper and the fine music of Harrison’s Orchestra contributed well towards the success of the evening. Monte carlos were won by two sisters, Misses Joyce and Joan Miller, who were partnered by two brothers, Messrs R. and B. Currin. A spot waltz was won by Miss Ann Hyland and Mr P. Dredge. The M.C-, was J. Nowland.
