Two Cricket Teams Wanted At Galatea
Prospects for having two teams in the competition throughout the coming season appeared to be particularly bright it was stated at the annual meeting of the Galatea Cricy ket Club. With these teams it is hoped to arrange country competitions with Reporoa, Kaingaroa, Ruatahuna and Waiohou. Officers elected: —
Patron, Mr J. Wilson; president, Mr L. Goodhue; secretary, Mr R. C. M. Allen; committee, Messrs L. Goodhue, B. Payne, J. Rowlands, R. Nettleton, R. Allen; coach, Mr Nettleton; chairman, Mr M. Caie; selectors, Messrs Nettleton and Allen.
