Exercise Needed To Reduce
At the University of Alabama, physical education students have spent a strenuous time proving how much exercise is needed to take lib weight off the human body. Recently they proudly announced the result of the survey:
Ballroom dancing, 20£ hours; rnnning (in stages), 43 miles at 10 miles an hour: walking f ; n stages) 66 miles at four miles an hour; driving a car, 68 hours continuously at the wheel; sawing 'vro o d, 10£ hours; playing football, five hours.
