Clay Bird Shooting

GOOD PERFORMANCES AT PRACTICE SHOOT There were some good performances by members of the Whakatane County Rod and Gun Club at a practice shoot on the range last weekend in spite of rain. The shoot was held more as a try out for the Club teams taking part in the Jenkin’s Cup competition at Rotorua on Sunday. Results:— Eye Opener, 5 birds: W. Davies, A. Mitchell, J. Butler, J.
