No Conveniences Cause Complaints
There have been many complaints about the lack of public conveniences in the vicinity of the plunket room and the Road Service Depot at Edgecumbe, it was reported to the annual meeting of the Edgecumbe Progressive Association. Enquiries have been made by the Association but it was found that the cost of suitable buildings and equipment and The possible expense of a caretaker, if one could be secured, is prohibitive at the present time.
