LEGION BEATS P. & T. TEAM At the regular. shoot last week, the Legion Club successfully met a challenge from P. and T. teams. Points: Legion A team 359, P. and T. A team 319. Individual scores: W. Tyssen 95; Mrs J. Critchley 92, R. King 91, D. Stewart 91, C. T. Bathe 88, E. R. Hunt 86, A. Bradshaw 85, L. Stewart 85, A. Judd 84, R. Bell 81, D. Baker 81, J. Baker 78, H. Andrews 74, C. Coates 70, W. Addison 70, Mrs J. Bradshaw 66, G. Furze 60, Miss D. Tyssen 44, A. Baker 39, Miss B. Furze 34, R. Spong 24. E. R. Hunt won the senior trophy, and R. Bell took home the junior Pennant for the second time in succession. The own start sweepstake was won by W. Tyssen. Club members are keenly anticipating the promised challenge from the Home Services Association, when some close scoring may be expected.
