Ohope Women's Institute
A good attendance of members of. the Ohope Women’s Institute for the August meeting, was presided over by Mrs White, who thanked all those who assisted towards making the Mstitute social held the previous week the success it was.
Mrs'Pearson gave a lengthy talk on the Drama Festival recently held at Taneatua. which was enjoyed by all.
Mrs Cutler presided over the bring and buy table, the funds from which will go towards the Xmas fund for children’s day. Points for saucers of flowers were awarded to Mrs Clark and. Mrs Sorenson.
Hostesses for the afternoon were Mesdames Pearson and Parr.
