Development Bonus For Opening Land
Approved men who are prepared to farm partly or wholly undeveloped land should be granted a bonus the Bay of Plenty Federated Farmers decided at the quarterly meeting of the executive held at Matata. The meeting also passed a resolution opposing the compulsory acquisition of high-producing land until such time as suitable land already held by the Crown is subdivided and settled.
