TEACHER FAREWELLED
Parents, pupils and school children of the Taneatua school combined to farewell Miss Betty O’Brien, who has been teaching at the school for several years and who has resigned to be married. Items by the pupils were well received and flowers were presented to Miss O’Brien. She also received a tea set and silver cake stand.
