Awaked Quiz Dance Well Attended
Keen dancers from all over the Bay of Plenty enjoyed the dance at Awakeri in aid of the hall committee last weekend. The jackpot quiz was missed again and at the next dance will be worth £4. The music was supplied by Harrison’s orchestra and Mr H. C. Carter acted as M.C. A quiz was won by Mrs Reynolds and Miss Betty Newdick. The supper extras were played by Messrs Ross Gordon and Ron Stanley, of Ohope.
