Taneatua Women’s Institute Members Visit Opotiki W.I.

Members of the Taneatua Wo4 men’s Institute ®who were fortunate enough to be present at the banquet given by the Opotiki W.I. to celebrate their 21st birthday were most handsomely entertained. The banquet was most sumptuous, no trouble being spared to cater for ail tastes. Between toasts items of a high standard were given. Presentations of lovely flowers were numerous and the hall had been charmingly decorated. The members of the Waiotahi Institute made a pleasant gesture when they presented the President, of the Opotiki W. 1., Mrs Wilkinson, with a crystal vase for use on th-° presidential table. 1
