•WHAKATANE CLUB EXPECTS SUCCESSFUL YEAR
The courts of the Whakatane Tennis Club are now in forward condition and' the finishing touches to the existing five courts will soon be completed. Progress is being made with the formation of a sixth court and this also will be advanced before opening day. The club has been fortunate in being allocated the ‘Kramer’ coaching film for screening on Monday next and invites players of all clubs in the town and district, also intending players to avail themselves of this unique opportunity of studying the film.
