LUXTON AND WYLBS WIN STABLEFOBD BOGEY

A Stableford Bogey played last Saturday on the Whakatane golf links resulted in a win for W. H. Luxton and C. B. Wylds, who both returned scores of 34, a fine performances considering the wet wea. ditions. HUDSON TROPHY DRAW FOR TE TEKO WOMEN The following is the draw for women players tomorrow at the Te Teko Golf Club when the third medal round for the C. L. Hudson trophy, in conjunction with the second qualifying round for the Club championships will be played:— ' Mrs Thomas v Mrs Goodwm, Mrs Smith v Mrs Balfour, Mrs Moulden v Miss Murray, Mrs Hendl v Mrs Caldwell, Mrs Linsell v Mrs Clarke, Mrs Hall v Mrs Cannell, Mrs Nation v Mrs Ratahi. MEN’S SUNDAY MATCH AT TE TEKO On Sunday .men’s teams of the Te Teko Golf Club, selected by the Secretary and Captain will play a match commencing at 12 noon. Last Sunday the women members ran a successful open with the Canadian foursome being won by Mrs A. P. Smith and J. Wardlaw. J. Thomas and Sparks won the men’s foursome. Mrs Goodwin was successful in the women’s stableford and the men’s stableford was won by J. Wardlaw on a count back from T. Lyons.
