• Over 20 cars took part in the procession at the funeral of Captain , George Carey yesterday, who died suddenly at Auckland on Monday. Local bodies and other organisa.. tions were represented and the' hearse was piled high with wreaths and other floral emblems. The Humeral left the signal station at the Heads, the former home of Captain Carey, and proceeded to the Whakatane Hill Cemetery by way of * Hillcrest.
